Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and enquiries made through it. The charter itself is governed by the charter agreement signed with the yacht's owning company.
Enquiries and proposals
An enquiry does not constitute a booking. Dates are only held once confirmed in writing by us, and confirmed definitively once the deposit is received.
Rates
Rates are quoted per day, crew included, in euros. Fuel, port fees, provisioning, taxes and crew gratuity may be additional; every proposal states what is included.
Payments
A deposit secures the dates, with the balance due before embarkation, by bank transfer against the signed charter agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms follow the charter agreement of the yacht concerned and are communicated before signature. We strongly recommend charter cancellation insurance.
On board
The captain has final authority on safety, routing and weather. Itineraries may be adapted without compensation when conditions require it.
