We only process the information you send us — name, contact details, charter dates, guest count and any preferences you share by WhatsApp, email, phone or the charter request form.
Why we use it
Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a charter proposal and organise your charter. We never sell or rent personal data.
Sharing
Details strictly necessary to operate the charter (guest count, dietary needs, transfer times) are shared with the yacht's captain, crew and owning company.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to three years after the last contact. Contractual and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@edgeviayachting.com.
