Booking a charter
How do I book a yacht with Edgevia?+
Send us your dates, guest count and preferred cruising area. We confirm availability with the crew and owner, then send a detailed proposal — itinerary, crew, inclusions and total cost — before anything is committed.
Is the crew included in the charter rate?+
Yes. Every yacht in the fleet is chartered fully crewed, with a captain and full interior and deck team. Crew salaries are included in the daily rate.
What is not included in the price?+
Depending on the yacht, fuel, port fees, provisioning, and crew gratuity may be charged separately. Each proposal states exactly what is included so there is no ambiguity.
On board
How many guests can sleep on board?+
SAMURAI accommodates 12 guests overnight in 6 cabins. The Lamborghini 63 hosts up to 10 guests cruising and 4 overnight in 2 cabins.
Are water toys available?+
Yes. Tenders, Seabobs, snorkelling equipment and inflatables are on board. Jet skis and additional toys can be added on request.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?+
The chef builds the menu around your preferences — allergies, vegan, halal, kosher or a specific cuisine. Share details at booking and provisioning is handled accordingly.
Payment and cancellation
How do payments work?+
A deposit secures the dates, with the balance due before embarkation. Payments are made by bank transfer against a signed charter agreement.
What happens if the weather turns?+
The captain has final authority on safety. If conditions prevent the planned route, an alternative itinerary in sheltered waters is arranged at no additional charge.
